Instead of only keeping their business customers up to date with brochures and flyers, SWICA health insurance decided to start a blog. We were able to support them from the start to the launch in April 2018 and continue to do so.
Internal Employee Portal
The new Business Blog was not the only project that we implemented in this collaboration. We also redid the internal employee information portal with news, employee related information and competitions. We migrated all of the data from the old site. The design for internal blog was based on the design of the business blog.
On the internal blog, information like anniversaries or new employees are published at regular intervals. Now the SWICA editorial team do not need to enter all of the information manually but can generate a post from their CRM. This feature was built in collaboration with Mayoris who were responsible for the implementation of the Newsletter.
