Feed Post Thumbnail
Adds the post’s featured image to the site’s RSS feed. This is done by allowing the MRSS namespace to the feed and adding the post thumbnail as a media element in the feed.
Feed Post Thumbnail is very lightweight and only adds two small options under Settings -> Reading.
